OrangeKloud Technology Inc. (“ORKT” or “the Company”) has successfully completed its initial public offering, closing with the sale of 2,750,000 Class A Ordinary Shares at $4.75 per share, generating approximately US$13.1 million in gross proceeds. The shares commenced trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the symbol “ORKT” on July 25, 2024. Additionally, the Company has granted underwriters an option to purchase up to 412,500 extra shares at the Offering Price, which could bring the total proceeds to about US$15.0 million if fully exercised.
